清 綠地金彩凸雕仿古鼎式爐 

Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)


The vessel in archaic ding form, the compressed globular body resting atop three curved legs, below a short straight neck and a galleried mouth, topped by a pair of upright rectangular handles. The exterior is molded with overlapping cicada blades below kui dragon alternating large ruyi heads against a key fret ground, further blade motif repeated on legs, all reserved on an apple green ground, both handles decorated with key-fret borders and small gilt circles.
